When things happen in our lives--good or bad--we gather. When we are celebrating something special, we gather with loved ones. When we are experiencing something difficult, we gather with those who may understand our pain. And, there are times when we just need to gather ourselves and move forward. Gathered Coaching & Consulting, LLC was founded in 2022 to support people and teams to name their values, uncover their gifts, and design and implement plans that are grounded in purpose.

Darlisha Barnes centers her practice on compassion. With nearly a decade of experience leading high impact projects, designing strategic planning processes, and coaching team members, Darlisha's vision is to support companies as they create cultures that allow people to do their best work. Darlisha has led in both non-profit and for-profit spaces and found new ways to put people first in policy and practice.

Darlisha earned an B.S. in Speech Communications from Tennessee State University and an M.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Murray State University. She is a Certified Professional Coach through CoachDiversity and received certifications in Change Management and Diversity in HR from Cornell University. A former English Teacher, Darlisha is a gifted listener and question asker, and happens to be hilarious.
